Kori is a one page block theme: everything lives on a single scrolling page, section by section. It is edited in the Site Editor.
The Kori Theme Overview
Kori is a theme for websites that fit on a single page: a personal introduction, a product, an event, a small studio. Everything stands one below the other, section by section, and your visitors scroll from the top to the bottom through the whole story.
The design is calm and tidy, with large sections set apart from each other by background colours. The menu in the header jumps to the sections on the same page instead of loading new ones.
Built from sections
Kori ships with patterns for the typical sections of a one page website: a hero with a statement, an introduction, services, a picture gallery, facts and figures, testimonials, pricing and a contact section. You insert the sections in the editor, arrange them in the order your story needs and swap in your own texts and pictures.
The header, the footer and all templates are edited in the Site Editor. Colours and fonts are set under Styles, and Kori comes with several palettes to switch between.
What you need
Kori requires the free Aino Blocks plugin. The theme’s patterns are built on its layout blocks.
The theme is free and open source. You will find it on WordPress.org and its code on GitHub, where bug reports and suggestions are welcome.
